Cristina Casabianca is a managing attorney at Casabianca Immigration Law in Miami, Florida. Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, she is fluent in Spanish and deeply committed to helping individuals, families and businesses navigate the complexities of immigration law.

Ms. Casabianca's passion for immigration law was ignited during her time at American University's Human Rights and Immigration Clinic. Witnessing the challenges faced by those seeking to migrate to the United States, she was inspired to make a difference. After completing law school in 2007, Ms. Casabianca was selected as an Equal Justice Works Fellow, working in partnership with Legal Aid Service of Broward County and Women in Distress to provide legal assistance to immigrant victims of domestic violence, child abuse, and other violent crimes in obtaining lawful immigration status.
With extensive experience working for prominent law firms in Miami, Ms. Casabianca has handled a diverse range of immigration cases, including employment-based visa petitions, family-based immigration visa petitions, and naturalizations. In 2022, she established her own practice to provide high-quality immigration legal services to individuals and businesses in the United States and worldwide.
